Job summary

Rosendin is offering an onsite IT Support Specialist role in Childress, TX. This 6-12+ month contract position supports the regional office and multiple jobsites with desktop, network, and IT infrastructure tasks.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer/Information Science, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years’ practical IT experience required.
• Combination of education, training, and relevant experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day desktop/laptop, cellular, telephone and local network support for offices and jobsites.
• Deliver end-user support for desktop PCs, laptops, printers, peripherals, and software.
• Use trouble-ticketing system to document work and communicate with clients.
• Assist all levels of end users, including non-technical and demanding users.
• Handle implementation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, security, and procedures.
• Manage new jobsite IT setups, circuit ordering, equipment delivery, and ongoing support.
• Additional duties as assigned based on role within the business unit.
