Qualifications

• Associate degree in information technology or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of help desk or desktop support experience preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, and basic networking.
• Experience with Active Directory and account administration is preferred.
• CompTIA A+, ITIL, or other certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee IT support requests via phone, email, chat, or ticket.
• Log, categorize, prioritize, and track support requests in the ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, printer, network, login, and mobility issues.
• Provide remote and on-site support to employees at multiple locations.
• Maintain accurate documentation of troubleshooting steps and solutions.
• Assist with onboarding, transfers, and offboarding activities.
