Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of relevant IT knowledge and hands-on IT support experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly terms.
• Strong accountability for maintaining IT support standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive onsite technical support and resolve the majority of requests independently.
• Support OT hardware and core application portfolio with knowledge of business processes.
• Translate complex technical issues into business terms for diverse audiences.
• Collaborate with technology, business teams and vendors to drive practical solutions.
• Lead assigned initiatives end to end and keep stakeholders informed.
• Document device and system processes to strengthen support maturity.
• Champion SecTechOps standards and identify improvement opportunities.
