Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of IT/application support experience.

• Local NC candidates only; GC or USC only.
• Must be able to attend an in-person interview.
• Experience supporting business applications.
• Experience with LMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-level application support to end users.
• Monitor and respond to incidents and service requests via ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot application and system issues and escalate when needed.
• Manage user accounts, password resets, and access requests.
• Document support procedures and technical processes.
• Perform health checks and system monitoring.
• Support LMS administration and user support.
• Create reports and maintain support documentation.
• Collaborate with business users and technical teams to resolve issues.
• Support training initiatives and onboarding activities.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and responsiveness.
