Responsibilities include managing escalations, incident and change processes, and providing executive-ready updates.

Qualifications

• 15–20 years IT experience with 10–12 years in security risk and security technologies.
• Strong onsite delivery leadership and governance experience.
• Experience with Cisco and Palo Alto firewall platforms and security tooling.
• Knowledge of IT service management (change, configuration, asset, incident).

Responsibilities

• Act as onsite lead for BSWH IT and Security leadership alignment.
• Coordinate 24x7 hybrid delivery with Frisco Dallas and India teams.
• Manage escalations, governance, and actionable service priorities.
• Lead incident, problem, change and configuration management.
• Provide executive-ready updates and governance reporting.
