Job summary

Aptimized in Wayne, NJ is seeking a hands-on IT Service Delivery Manager to lead managed services, infrastructure operations, and cloud projects onsite.

This role requires 10+ years of IT service delivery, P&L ownership, and strong leadership of technical teams, including Azure and M365 deployments.

You will own SLA/KPI/CX, manage vendor relationships, and drive outcomes for clients in a fully onsite capacity.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT service delivery or managed services.
• Experience leading technical delivery teams and offshore/vendor models.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft cloud platforms (Azure, M365).

Responsibilities

• Own service delivery performance (SLA/KPI/CX).
• Own P&L across customer accounts (revenue, margin, cost control).
• Lead technical delivery teams (infrastructure + cloud).
• Deliver managed services (AMS/support models).
• Deliver technology implementation projects (cloud, infrastructure, security).
• Maintain executive-level client relationships.
• Oversee enterprise infrastructure (servers, networks, hybrid environments).
• Oversee Microsoft 365 and hybrid cloud transformation initiatives.
