Job summary

Aptimized in Wayne, NJ is seeking a hands-on IT Service Delivery Manager to lead managed services, infrastructure operations, and cloud projects onsite.

This role requires 10+ years of IT service delivery, P&L ownership, and strong leadership of technical teams, including Azure and M365 deployments.

You will own SLA/KPI/CX, manage vendor relationships, and drive outcomes for clients in a fully onsite capacity.

Aptimized is looking for a hands-on IT Service Delivery Manager to lead managed services, infrastructure operations, and technology implementation projects across our client base.

This is not a passive oversight role — we need someone who can own delivery, manage P&L, lead technical teams, and drive real outcomes for clients.

What You’ll Own

• Full accountability for service delivery performance (SLA/KPI/CX)
• P&L ownership across customer accounts (revenue, margin, cost control)
• Leadership of technical delivery teams (infrastructure + cloud engineers)

• Technology implementation projects (cloud, infrastructure, security)
