Responsibilities

• Review and approve IPF, BAF, PCR, and RAD submissions.
• Ensure adherence to PDLC and AIM methodologies; assess cost, schedule, scope feasibility.
• Provide guidance to project teams to resolve issues, mitigate risks, and apply PDLC/AIM; coordinate with Home Office in Japan for approvals.
• Package IPR/BAF/PCR/RAD information for expedited approvals.
