TalentBurst, an Inc 5000 company, is seeking a Senior Project Manager (Consultant) to lead cross-functional initiatives across IT, cybersecurity, data analytics, and business systems. The role interfaces with CEO, CFO and senior leaders, requiring exceptional communication and stakeholder skills.

Onsite in Newark, CA four days per week with emphasis on governance, budgets, timelines and quality. Ideal candidates will have 8+ years of PM experience, strong knowledge of GxP and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering/Business or related field.
• 8 years of project management experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven track record managing enterprise technology and business transformation projects.
• Strong expertise in Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing project budgets, timelines, risks, dependencies, and vendor relationships.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent projects and programs across IT, Cybersecurity, Digital Transformation, and Business Operations.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, risk registers, and communication plans.
• Drive project execution while managing scope, timeline, budget, dependencies, risks, and issues.
• Facilitate project governance meetings, steering committees, and executive status updates.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, IT, vendors, consultants, and third-party partners.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
