Job summary

Virtualan Software, LLC is seeking an experienced IT Process Consultant to implement, assess, improve, and audit IT processes aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 22301, and CMMI V3.0. This is a hands-on role working with IT teams, process owners, leadership, and auditors across the full lifecycle.

The ideal candidate brings recent, real-world experience in gap analyses, process redesign, implementation, and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Strong, recent hands-on experience with ISO 9001, ISO 22301 and CMMI V3.0.
• Experience implementing processes in an enterprise IT environment.
• Experience conducting gap, maturity, compliance, and readiness assessments.
• Strong process documentation and audit-evidence development experience.
• Experience working with technical teams, leadership, and auditors.

Responsibilities

• Assessment: conduct current-state and gap assessments against ISO and CMMI requirements.
• Process Definition: redesign IT processes with policies, SOPs, maps, workflows and controls.
• Implementation: lead hands-on implementation and operationalization with IT teams.
• Audit & Compliance: conduct internal audits and support external certification activities.
