Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline.
• Minimum seven years of progressive experience leading teams building custom solutions and integrating with 3rd-party products.
• Strong knowledge of IT best practices and agile development methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers and analysts, including employees and contractors.
• Own delivery and roadmap of enterprise integration architecture for POS and real-time data streams.
• Retire legacy debt and migrate to modern architecture with staged transitions.
• Collaborate with product management and business partners to identify needs and deliver solutions.
• Establish engineering quality standards (CI/CD, test automation, release discipline) and promote AI adoption.
