Job summary

Pride One Construction in Medina, OH is seeking an IT Manager and Systems Administrator to serve as the primary IT resource. This full-time, on-site role partners with external providers on cybersecurity, infrastructure, and strategic initiatives while actively troubleshooting, supporting end users, and managing technology systems.

You will support Microsoft 365 environments, Active Directory, Entra ID, endpoint management, and a range of business applications, while coordinating with vendors

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of progressive IT experience.
• Hands-on desktop, network, and end-user support.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 environments.
• Experience with Active Directory, Entra ID, endpoint management, and user provisioning.
• Experience with third-party technology vendors and support providers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to work with technical and non-technical users.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and support requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee technology support.
• Triage, prioritize, and resolve help desk tickets involving workstations, Microsoft 365, printers, mobile devices, and business applications.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain professional communications with employees at all levels.
• Coordinate onsite support activities and ensure timely resolution of user issues.
• Manage support processes, documentation, escalation procedures, and service expectations.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and related tools.
• Manage user access requests, permissions, licensing, and identity-related processes.
• Support SharePoint governance, site administration, and information management initiatives.
• Assist with MS Planner, MS Project Operations and MS Copilot adoption and enablement.
• Act as the primary liaison with external technology vendors; coordinate support and issue resolution.
• Support business-critical applications (ERP, CRM, project management, design).
• Assist departments with evaluating and implementing technology improvements.
• Partner with external MSP to oversee administration, IAM, patch management, network, backup, and cybersecurity.
• Participate in incident response and cybersecurity initiatives.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and SOPs; manage assets and access rights.
