Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Senior IT Support Specialist to serve as the primary onsite IT resource for a manufacturing and laboratory facility in Wallingford, CT. This individual will function as the sole onsite IT representative, supporting both office and production environments while partnering closely with centralized IT leadership and infrastructure teams.

Qualifications

• This role requires 5+ years in IT support or systems support in manufacturing, production, or lab environments.
• Experience supporting Windows servers, VMs, file storage, and enterprise printers.
• Ability to work independently as the primary onsite IT resource.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the sole onsite IT resource for a manufacturing and laboratory facility; provide Level II/III support.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, network, and Microsoft 365 issues.
• Manage AD/Azure/M365 access, onboarding, and offboarding; document incidents in the ticketing system.
