Job summary

LoadUp is seeking an experienced IT Specialist to own the day-to-day technology that our employees depend on. This onsite role at our Alpharetta, GA office covers end-user computing, office networking and connectivity, and the security controls that protect company and customer data.

Reporting directly to the CTO, you\'ll serve as the primary point of contact for internal IT support and play a key role in establishing reliable, secure technology practices as LoadUp continues to scale.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on IT support or systems administration.
• Strong macOS and Google Workspace support skills.
• Practical networking knowledge including DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and wireless.
• Experience with security controls: MFA, SSO, patching, encryption, backup.

Responsibilities

• End-User Support & Device Management for laptops/desktops.
• Network Administration: switches, firewalls, Wi‑Fi, segmentation.
• Cybersecurity & Endpoint Protection: encryption, antivirus, patching.
• Vendor & Budget Management: input on technology budget.
