Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of desktop/laptop hardware, software, and operating systems.
- Familiarity with PC imaging and deployment tools.
- Experience working within SLA frameworks and escalation protocols.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of workstation backups and restores.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 troubleshooting.
- A+ Certification or equivalent technical certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Image desktops and laptops with Office 365 and required software.
- Troubleshoot imaging issues and configure end-user tools.
- Support on-site for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Track inventory and ensure deployments meet standards.
