Ensign Services, Inc. is seeking an IT Acquisition Field Resource to provide onsite facility support and remote service ticket resolution. The role splits 40% remote responses and 60% in-person troubleshooting across Lake City, Gainesville, and Ocala areas with extensive travel.

This field-based position requires 75%+ travel, driving, and adaptability to a fast-paced healthcare IT environment. Salary ranges from $70,000 to $80,000 per year, DOE, with potential performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Vocational certificate, associate's, or bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT field.
• 1+ years of technical support and troubleshooting experience preferred.
• Proficient with Windows OS, Citrix, Exchange, AD, networking basics, security practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite facility IT support and remote service ticket resolution.
• Split time between remote queue responses and in-person troubleshooting across designated locations.
• Coordinate deployment, service, and procurement of IT equipment for daily operations.
• Travel locally and regionally to support multiple sites.
