Job summary

Ensign Services, Inc. in Northern California seeks an IT Field Resource to travel 75%+ supporting facilities with remote ticket resolution and onsite troubleshooting.

The role emphasizes teamwork, ownership, and hands‑on IT support for nursing home teams and the systems they rely on daily.

Must have 5+ years IT field experience, degree preferred, knowledge of Windows, networking, MDM, Zendesk, ServiceNow, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent hands‑on IT support experience.
• 5+ years of hands‑on IT support experience in environments with 100+ users or multiple locations.
• Proficient in Windows OS 10/11, Office 365, and basic networking.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted IT partner to Facility Administration and Nursing teams to provide tools and support for resident care.
• Coordinate deployment, service, and ordering of IT equipment for reliable daily operations.
• Install and support networking, telecommunications equipment, and mobile devices.
• Guide facilities through warranty requests and equipment returns; resolve issues quickly.
• Collaborate with Field Operations to share knowledge and achieve goals.
• Respond to Zendesk tickets and prepare equipment quotes with a service‑oriented approach.
• Maintain ServiceNow directory for access, communication, and continuity.
• Travel out of market for team meetings and culture events; adjust monthly schedules as needed.
