Job summary

Delta Faucet Company is seeking an Onsite IT Endpoint Specialist to partner with plant operations in Greensburg, IN. You will design, deploy, and support endpoint technologies across hardware, software, and mobile devices, ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable operations on the manufacturing floor.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in IT support or endpoint management, with hands-on experience in SCCM, Intune, MDM, and Windows environments, plus the ability to train others and collaborate with IT

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT support or endpoint management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10/11, Windows Server, TCP/IP.
• Hands-on experience with SCCM, Intune, and MDM tools.
• Familiarity with endpoint virtualization and security solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and support endpoint technology solutions across hardware, software, and mobile devices.
• Manage endpoint application packaging and deployment; coordinate with IT teams for rollout and updates.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to IT support and end-users.
• Lead endpoint solution implementations and ensure integration with existing infrastructure.
• Analyze performance, document troubleshooting steps, and implement preventive measures.
