Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of professional IT experience in an IT department or IT consulting.
• Broad exposure across enterprise technology areas: infrastructure, software, security, data.
• Proven ability to engage with client stakeholders and deliver technical option appraisals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to explain risks and costs to non-technical leaders.

Responsibilities

• Advise enterprise clients on IT processes, systems, and techniques to solve business problems.
• Analyze, solve, and optimize client systems for seamless operations.
• Provide data-driven analysis of technology trends, cost-benefit trade-offs, and implementation risks.
• Define functional/non-functional requirements and map goals to standard practices.
• Architect appropriate technical solutions aligned with client strategic goals.
