Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in a Help Desk, Tech Support, or A/V Support role.
• Ability to learn and communicate technical information clearly.
• Experience with computer hardware repair and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Help end users resolve technical workstation issues (Windows and macOS).
• Provision new IT equipment and provide A/V support for meetings.
• Troubleshoot network issues and automate responsibilities.
