Qualifications

• 10+ years supporting, implementing, and troubleshooting MFA solutions.
• 5+ years with Microsoft Entra ID and NetIQ Advanced Authentication.
• 10+ years delivering complex MFA projects in large enterprises.
• 10+ years taking technical products from concept through deployment.
• 10+ years in structured enterprise IT environments and standardized delivery.
• Strong focus on security, scalability, and operational support.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 support for enterprise authentication and credential management.
• Administer Microsoft Entra ID, NetIQ Advanced Authentication, and directory services.
• Oversee user lifecycle: onboarding, access changes, provisioning, offboarding.
• Support MFA, FIDO2, WebAuthn, Passkeys, and Windows Hello for Business.
• Manage password solutions (Bitwarden, KeePassXC) with vaulting and auditing.
• Troubleshoot authentication issues, perform root-cause analysis, support investigations.
• Develop integrations using Postman, REST APIs, Graph API, and JSON.
• Collaborate with application teams on IAM/SSO requirements.
• Create automation scripts with PowerShell, JavaScript, or Python.
• Monitor services, analyze logs, and build dashboards with Splunk/Power BI.
• Contribute to passwordless modernization and automation initiatives.
• Work with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and business teams to deliver secure solutions.
