Job summary

DataSoft Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced IAM professional to oversee enterprise authentication and credential management platforms.

You will focus on 3rd‑level support, user administration, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of MFA and passwordless technologies across cloud and on‑prem environments. Work involves administering Entra ID, password management, and API integrations, with strong emphasis on automation, reporting, and security event monitoring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information security, or related field.
• 10+ years with MFA enablement, support and troubleshooting.
• 5+ years with Entra ID and NetIQ Advanced Authentication.
• 10+ years delivering MFA projects in large-scale enterprises.
• Experience driving products from concept to launch.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methods.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 support for enterprise identity and authentication services.
• Troubleshoot complex authentication and credential issues.
• Administer Entra ID and authentication platforms.
• Manage user lifecycle: onboarding, access changes, offboarding.
• Support passwordless and MFA solutions; investigate incidents.
• Collaborate with L2, service desk; resolve escalations.
• Administer password management tools: Bitwarden, KeePassXC.
• Support governance: access controls, auditing.
• Develop automation scripts and small components.
