Job summary

V-Soft Consulting Group, Inc. in Spartanburg, SC is seeking an IT Authentication Architect to design and support advanced MFA and IAM solutions for our enterprise client.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years delivering MFA projects, expertise with Entra ID and OpenText NetIQ Advanced Authentication, and strong testing and documentation skills.

You will provide Level 3 incident support and collaborate with global teams to ensure secure access across complex environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of hands-on MFA enablement, support and troubleshooting.
• 5+ years of experience in Entra ID, OpenText NetIQ Advanced Authentication.
• 10+ years delivering complex MFA projects in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Experience troubleshooting complex incidents and providing Level 3 support.
• Experience creating technical documentation and test plans/scripts.
• 10+ years driving products from concept to launch.
• 10+ years working with Agile/Scrum development methods.
• 10+ years understanding and working with non-functional requirements.
• 10+ years in an enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 support for authentication platforms, applications, and processes.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and develop work orders for external suppliers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex MFA-related incidents and requests, escalating to global support as needed.
• Strong experience with MFA and Identity & Access Management (IAM) technologies.
• Background in IT Security, authentication, and access control solutions.

IT Authentication Architect

V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring a IT Authentication Architect for our premier client in Spartanburg, SC.

Education And Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related technical field
• 10+ years of hands-on experience with MFA enablement, support and troubleshooting.
• 5+ years of experience in Entra ID, OpenText NetIQ Advanced Authentication
• 10+ years of successfully delivering complex MFA projects in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Experience troubleshooting complex incidents and providing Level 3 support.
• Experience creating technical documentation and test plans/script
• 10+ years of experience driving products from concept and ideation through successful launch.
• 10+ years of experience working on a team employing standardized project delivery methods (Agile/Scrum development methods preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in understanding and working with non-functional requirements.
• 10+ years of experience of working in an enterprise environment.

Knowledge and Skills
