Job summary

Loparex LLC is seeking an IT Site Administrator in Hammond, Wisconsin. The role focuses on maintaining LAN, security, and IT services for the site, including hardware and software support, backups, and ERP interactions. You will work with regional IT managers to ensure smooth operations on a manufacturing campus.

Day shift 8:00 am – 5:00 pm with lunch on campus. Competitive hourly pay of $41.00–$43.00, depending on experience, and benefits applicable to the site.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in computer science or MIS; 3 years of PC, Windows 10, Windows Server 2019, and older versions.
• Experience troubleshooting LAN, WAN, and voice protocols in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to manage IT security posture and lead IT projects.

Responsibilities

• Maintain uninterrupted LAN operation, printers, mobile devices, and related hardware/software at the site.
• Troubleshoot network/PC hardware/software for on-site and remote users.
• Perform on-site fixes when remote tools are insufficient; hardware repairs and software installs.
• Manage user accounts and telephone access following SOPs.
• Coordinate asset procurement and training for users on common tools.
• Maintain backups, security, and inventory; document processes clearly.
• Provide ERP support and assist with large deployments and integrations.
