Loparex LLC is seeking an experienced IT Site Administrator for our Hammond, Wisconsin facility. The role covers day-to-day IT operations, LAN/WAN maintenance, and site security, with collaboration across IT and operations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in CS or MIS preferred; 3 years PC/Windows experience.
• Experience in manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, security, and IT fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Maintain LAN, printers and related hardware/software at the site.
• Troubleshoot network and PC hardware/software for onsite and remote users.
• Use remote tools for diagnosing issues for remote users.
• Perform hands-on desktop fixes and hardware repairs.
• Manage user accounts and telephone access per SOP.
• Support ERP implementations and troubleshooting.
• Provide training on common software tools to users.
• Maintain virus/malware free site and IT security posture.
• Maintain backups and inventory of hardware/software.
• Document IT processes and standards; collaborate with IT team.
• Lead IT projects and ensure timelines and lean budgets.
• Coordinate with IT managers and operations across sites.
