Job summary

Omninet Capital, Beverly Hills–based owner-operator of multifamily and commercial real estate, seeks an experienced Investment Accounting Manager to support a Principal. This on-site role is ~80% bookkeeping and 20% executive support, requiring discretion with highly confidential information.

You will manage day‑to‑day bookkeeping for personal and investment accounts, prepare monthly reports, assist budgeting and cash flow, and coordinate with external accountants and tax professionals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of bookkeeping, accounting, or financial administration experience.
• Strong working knowledge of general accounting principles, reconciliations, accounts payable, and financial recordkeeping.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
• Demonstrated ability to manage highly sensitive financial, business, and personal information with the utmost confidentiality.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and manage changing priorities.
• Professional and polished with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping for personal, investment, and related business accounts.
• Record and categorize financial transactions accurately and consistently.
• Reconcile bank, credit card, investment, and other accounts on a monthly cycle.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, account summaries, and supporting schedules.
• Assist with budgeting, cash-flow tracking, and variance reporting.
• Coordinate with internal and external accountants, tax professionals, and advisors.
• Organize and maintain records needed for tax preparation, investments, audits, and reporting.
