Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in operations, warehouse coordination, logistics, inventory, or related field.
• Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience with inventory management and order processing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse and operational activities to support accurate inventory and timely order fulfillment.
• Receive, organize, stock, transfer, pick, pack, and ship inventory and customer orders.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, reconciliations, and physical inventories.
• Research and resolve order issues, shipment discrepancies, returns, freight concerns, and inventory problems.
• Process invoices, credits, corrections, freight claims, inventory transfers, and month-end transactions.
• Coordinate customer pickup orders and work with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Provide professional customer service and assist with customer and vendor inquiries.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse and work environment.
• Assist with administrative and office responsibilities related to daily operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and accuracy.
• Perform other operations and warehouse responsibilities as needed.
