Job summary

Mallory Safety & Supply is seeking an Onsite Inventory Specialist for a client location in Redmond, Oregon. This part-time role will manage inventory, stock PPE and safety supplies, and perform routine inspections at the site, typically two days per week with a monthly service day for inspections and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Organized, dependable, and able to work independently.
• Mechanically inclined with basic aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using technology and inventory software.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive between locations.

Responsibilities

• Replenish PPE and safety products in client vending machines.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance on vending machines.
• Enter weekly inventory orders into the inventory system.
• Monitor inventory levels and perform routine cycle counts.
• Complete inspections of safety equipment and organize inventory.
• Build positive relationships with client employees and Mallory teammates.
