Job summary

Mallory Safety & Supply is seeking an Onsite Inventory Specialist in Modesto, CA. You will travel to customer locations to deliver, stock, and replenish safety products, manage inventory, and perform onsite safety inspections. This role blends field work with customer interaction and independence.

We value initiative, reliability, and strong problem-solving as you support multiple accounts, with a Monday–Friday schedule and opportunities for growth within a family-owned safety leader.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license with at least two years of driving experience.
• Ability to travel between multiple customer locations regularly.
• Experience in delivery, warehouse, merchandising, inventory, route service, or customer service preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Drive to assigned customer locations to deliver, stock, and replenish safety and industrial products.
• Replenish PPE and other safety and industrial items in vending machines, lockers, cabinets, and other designated inventory areas.
• Build positive relationships with customer contacts and provide responsive, dependable onsite service.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by following established processes and quality standards.
• Complete reports and cycle counts to ensure customers have the products they need when they need them.
• Inspect safety equipment and document inspections using appropriate reporting tools.
