Job summary

Luxe Brands is seeking an Inventory Processor for our Luxe Redux Bridal brand. This hands-on role keeps inventory accurate, inspects designer bridal samples, processes shipments, and maintains inventory systems to support luxury retail operations.

Based at our Worthington, OH distribution center, you’ll work Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, with an hourly rate of $20.00, and play a key role in ensuring smooth replenishment and inventory integrity.

Qualifications

• Strong data entry skills and advanced Excel understanding.
• Highly organized and process-oriented with strong attention to detail.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 pounds.
• Must have reliable transportation and report to the office by scheduled shifts.
• Valid Driver's License to operate a company van.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect inbound product with QC checks to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Process and allocate outbound shipments to retail locations per replenishment strategies.
• Execute inventory transactions, system updates, and cycle counts for accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies with root-cause analysis.
• Reconcile purchase orders with Purchasing, addressing shortages and damages.
• Ensure labeling, storage, and organization follow warehouse procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, audit-ready work environment.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy in operations.
