Luxe Brands is hiring an Inventory Processor for our Luxe Redux Bridal brand at the Worthington Distribution Center. This hands-on role focuses on inspecting designer bridal samples, processing shipments, and keeping inventory accurate to support smooth operations.

You will manage inventory systems, perform quality checks, and look for improvements in a fast-paced luxury retail environment. Onsite schedule is 8:30am-5:00pm, Monday–Friday, with an hourly rate of $20.00.

Qualifikationen

• Strong data entry skills and advanced level understanding of Excel.
• Highly organized and process-oriented with strong attention to detail.
• Must have reliable transportation and the ability to report to the office by scheduled shifts.
• Must have a valid Driver's License to operate a company van.
• Prior data entry experience or experience in a similar role is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Receive and inspect inbound product from manufacturers, performing quality control checks.
• Process and allocate outbound shipments from the Distribution Center to retail locations.
• Execute inventory transactions, system updates, and cycle counts.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies through research and cross-functional collaboration.
• Reconcile purchase order variances with Purchasing for shortages and damaged goods.
• Ensure all inventory is labeled, stored, and organized per warehouse procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and audit-ready work environment.
