Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Supply Chain Planner for our Kirkland, WA site to balance production, inventory accuracy, and kit delivery. The role blends planning, data analysis and shop floor support in a hands-on warehouse setting.

You will work with SAP or similar ERP systems, Smartsheets/Excel, and collaborate across warehouse teams to sustain production flow and minimize shortages. This is an onsite, contract position with daytime hours.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years planning with inventory management systems (SAP or similar).
• Proficiency in Smartsheets or Excel with pivot tables.
• Experience in a production environment.
• Strong data analysis including root cause analysis of shortages/issues.
• Go-getter, team player, adaptable to change.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain data accuracy across tools and processes.
• Level load work orders to meet demand.
• Analyze inventory positions and SKU performance to determine needs.
• Execute purchase orders and vendor-related systems and reports.
• Deliver completed kits to production spaces for seamless execution.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams on Kanban and Jira backfill.
• Carry and inspect full kits for work orders.
• Identify assemblies based on labels and identifiers.
