Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC seeks an Inventory Specialist in Chandler, AZ to support material planning and coordination, ensuring timely delivery of materials for work packages.

The role involves implementing the Material Management Plan, coordinating with Engineering and Construction, and optimizing material planning workflows to meet project schedules. Onsite, contract-based, with pay rate $38.34–$49.75 per hour (USD).

Qualifications

• Requires University Hire with 1–2 years of experience or 5–6 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in material planning and coordination.
• Strong knowledge of field purchasing functions.
• Familiarity with material storage and handling of equipment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implements the Material Management Plan and coordinates materials with Engineering and Construction.
• Optimizes material planning processes for key material commodities.
• Ensures consistent material identification and efficient purchase and supply processes.
• Identifies approval requirements that could impact engineering deliverables.
• Assists in identifying design drawings and data required from suppliers.
• Maintains relationship with Project Controls, Discipline Engineers, Supply Chain, and Construction.
