Job summary

Dauch Corporation in Newton, NC is seeking a Data Integrity Analyst to oversee inventory integrity and master data management, including creation and maintenance of item numbers, resources, routings, Bills of Material, and PFEP set-ups. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business administration, process engineering, industrial engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 2–4+ years of relevant manufacturing experience, preferably automotive, with hands-on involvement in new project execution and supporting business cases.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles to support and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Practical experience with automotive manufacturing processes and the ability to assist in the implementation of new technologies and systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitors inventory integrity, utilizing reports to validate daily performance and provides root cause analysis for incorrect data.
• Performs API process and root cause analysis of discrepancies.
• Prepares and distributes operational reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
• Audits bills of material and routings and develops action plans to implement corrective actions for non-conformances identified.
• Maintains cycle count records and provides root cause analysis for discrepancies.
• Tracks, maintains records, and communicates master data changes for new program launches and changes to inventory and master data.
• Creates item numbers, departments, resources, routings, and bills of material for new programs and changes to existing programs; maintains records for inventory and master data.
• Responsible for year-end budget process standard load and month-end close process.
• Creates and maintains PFEP records.
• Follows safe practices.
• All other duties as assigned.
