Job summary

Dauch is seeking a Data Integrity Analyst to join our team in Newton, NC. This is a fully onsite role responsible for the organization’s inventory integrity and master data management, including creation and maintenance of item numbers, resources, routings, and bills of material and PFEP set-ups.

You will monitor inventory, perform root cause analysis, and support audits and reporting. The role requires Lean manufacturing knowledge and automotive process experience; collaboration on new program

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business administration, process or industrial engineering, or equivalent.
• 2-4+ years in manufacturing, automotive preferred, with hands-on project support.
• Lean principles to support continuous improvement.
• Experience with automotive manufacturing processes and new tech adoption.

Responsibilities

• Monitors inventory integrity, using reports to validate daily performance and root-cause data issues.
• Performs API processes and root-cause analysis of discrepancies.
• Prepares and distributes operational reports by analyzing data and trends.
• Audits bills of material and routings; develops corrective action plans.
• Maintains cycle count records and analyzes discrepancies.
• Tracks and communicates master data changes for new launches and changes.
• Creates item numbers, departments, resources, routings, and BOMs for new launches and changes.
• Handles year-end budget process load.
• Manages month-end close processes.
• Creates and maintains PFEP records.
• Follows safe practices and performs other duties as assigned.
• All other duties as assigned.
