Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 1–3 years in Manufacturing, Industrial engineering, or CI.
• Strong knowledge of business process analysis and performance management.
• Advanced skills in Excel and data analytics tools (Power BI/Tableau).

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence, labor productivity, efficiency improvements, and cost reduction.
• Partner with production, quality, maintenance, supply chain, and finance to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity.
• Lead LEAN initiatives including Kaizen events, Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Standard Work, and Waste Elimination.
• Analyze business operations and workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for productivity improvements.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to develop performance reports, trends, and forecasts.
• Train and support team members in the use of productivity tools and standard processes.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging productivity-enhancing technologies.
• All other duties as assigned.
