Job summary

Carhartt, Inc. in Hanson, KY seeks an Inventory Control Associate to monitor inventory accuracy onsite. You will use WMS for daily cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and maintain 5S standards while ensuring safe, efficient processing of returns into active inventory.

Responsibilities include labeling, packaging, cross-referencing data, and collaborating with departments to improve inventory procedures and order availability. This is an onsite role in a union/non-union environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Experience with warehousing processes preferred; SRT certification recommended.

Responsibilities

• Use WMS to conduct daily cycle counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Cross-reference data points for inventory integrity and order availability.
• Investigate and correct discrepancies and adjust inventory in WMS.
• Maintain high system accuracy and report errors promptly.
• Support other departments and process orders with improvement opportunities.
• Inspect, label, package, and process returns into sellable inventory.
