Job summary

TekWissen is sourcing a temporary inventory/customer service associate in Millbrae, CA for a biotechnology client. The role covers product receiving, stocking, disbursement, inventory delivery, chemical handling and related material handling tasks onsite.

Work follows 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, for six months, with a focus on safety, confidentiality, and quality. Proficiency with ULS Inventory Manager and Office tools is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Experience with handheld scanners and data entry.
• Knowledge of inventory management and material handling processes.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs and work instructions while taking daily direction from supervisors.
• Perform receiving, stocking, put-away, cycle counts, disbursement and delivery.
• Handle on-site replenishments and product disbursements per customer needs.
• Deliver shipments to end users and support inventory delivery activities.
• Analyze and reconcile customer and client reports to meet requirements.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and safety practices.
