Qualifications

Experience in inventory control and warehouse management preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneDrive).
Experience with ERP and ordering platforms such as SAP, Appian, QuickBase, and Ariba preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to work effectively in an onsite environment.

Responsibilities

Coordinate shipping, receiving, storage, and distribution of inventory items.
Organize, label, and maintain inventory storage locations.
Respond promptly to inventory requests and collaborate with engineering and logistics teams.
Maintain accurate inventory records.
Perform regular inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy.
Ensure inventory documentation is complete and up to date.
