Qualifications

• Experience in inventory control and warehouse management preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneDrive).
• Experience with ERP and ordering platforms such as SAP, Appian, QuickBase, and Ariba preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work effectively in an onsite environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipping, receiving, storage, and distribution of inventory items.
• Organize, label, and maintain inventory storage locations.
• Respond promptly to inventory requests and collaborate with engineering and logistics teams.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Perform regular inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure inventory documentation is complete and up to date.
