Cardinal Health is seeking an Inventory Management professional to be onsite at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda, MD. You will manage stock levels across multiple storerooms, coordinate with government representatives, and ensure timely restocking and accurate packing lists.

The role requires a Bachelor degree or equivalent, 3–5 years in inventory or related healthcare operations, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3-5 years experience in inventory management, project management, supply technician, or data and administration in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide inventory for stock sites.
• Work with authorized government representatives to compose the order. You may never create the order.
• Obtain Government authorization for the order. An Authorized Government Representative (AGR) will be available at each stock site.
• Provide notification on materiel not available to the stock site, within two hours of order authorization.
• Deliver and restock materiel to the stock sites within 24 hours of order receipt (on business days).
• Provide priced packing lists to the COR or AGR prior to restocking.
• Applies working knowledge in the application of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks.
• Works on projects of moderate scope and complexity.
• Identifies possible solutions to a variety of technical problems and takes actions to resolve.
• Applies judgment within defined parameters.
• Receives general guidance may receive more detailed instruction on new projects.
• Work reviewed for sound reasoning and accuracy.
