Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
Experience in recruiting, human resources, marketing, sales, or technology.
Preferred GPA of 3.0.
6+ months of professional experience in HR, marketing, sales, or tech (internship ok).
Experience with Greenhouse or other applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Proficiency with MS Outlook and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

Schedule high volumes of intern candidate phone screens and coordinate across multiple time zones.
Ensure communication contains necessary information for candidates and interviewers.
Provide status updates to hiring teams and recruiting leaders.
Assist Intern Program and University Outreach with special projects as needed.
