• Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills for multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the technology roadmap with priorities, dependencies, timelines, and delivery status.
• Lead delivery meetings, reviews, and coordination to identify and resolve risks and blockers.
• Coordinate release planning and deployment milestones for go-live events.
• Manage project dependencies, action items, decisions, and follow-ups to drive progress.
• Serve as the main contact for external vendors and implementation partners, ensuring alignment to scope and schedules.
• Support project intake and prioritization by documenting business needs and resources.
• Develop reporting materials showing leadership project health, milestones, and portfolio progress.
• Prepare governance meetings and executive-level status communications.
