The role emphasizes organization, compliance, and exceptional client service, with a focus on developing expertise in life insurance processing and financial services operations.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in life insurance processing, mortgage processing, loan processing, or underwriting support.
• Experience in financial services operations and document control.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Familiarity with underwriting processes and insurance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Review new insurance applications for accuracy and completeness.
• Manage cases from submission through policy placement.
• Gather, organize, and track underwriting requirements, including medical and financial documentation.
• Coordinate with brokers, insurance carriers, and internal teams to keep applications moving forward.
• Monitor case status and proactively follow up on outstanding requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation within the AMS.
• Assist with quotes, application packets, carrier portals, and policy-related paperwork.
• Ensure all files are organized, compliant, and up to date.
• Deliver an exceptional experience to brokers and partners throughout the process.
