Job summary

HCLTech in Hoboken, NJ seeks a Strong Instruction Designer to craft online, in-person, or blended training experiences. This onsite role focuses on translating SME content into scripts, storyboards, and multimedia modules using Storyline 360 and Adobe Creative Cloud.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Articulate Storyline 360 and Adobe Creative Cloud for multimedia content.
• Experience with uploading, organizing, and tracking course completion (xAPI, SCORM, AICC).
• Ability to write scripts, create storyboards, and design interactive multimedia tools.
• Ability to analyze learning gaps and set measurable learning goals.
• Translate dense information from SMEs into accessible content.

Responsibilities
