Job summary

Ipsen USA is seeking an Installation Supervisor to lead on-site installation of furnaces, supervise field service personnel, and coordinate contractors. This role ensures safety, schedules, budgets, and quality across projects, with strong leadership and technical oversight.

The position requires solid mechanical and electrical skills, ability to read drawings, and travel up to 50%. A High School diploma is required; engineering certifications are preferred and supervisory experience is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate degree or engineering certification preferred.
• Minimum four years in a service/contractor org with large/complex capital equipment installations.
• Prior supervisory or management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct contractors or Ipsen field personnel for rigging, millwright, piping, and electrical tasks.
• Monitor work for quality; ensure equipment is plumb, level, and square; corrections as needed.
• Oversee site safety to target zero accidents and zero lost time.
• Maintain installation schedule and budget; track performance and projections.
