Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company is seeking an Inspection Services Training Instructor to support and instruct field service training across multiple disciplines, including SG inspections. Based at the Waltz Mill facility in Madison, PA, this anchor on-site role requires 5 days a week in the facility.

You will develop course content, lead training activities, and evaluate personnel qualifications while coordinating with teams across multifunctional areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline required.
• 5+ years of project field service experience including classroom/training instructor experience.
• Experience with training material development and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Instruct, facilitate and lead training across disciplines to improve performance and risk awareness.
• Lead training/evaluations/audits following SAT methodology as part of a team.
• Provide guidance to other trainers; support major technical projects and customer proposals.
• Develop and deliver technical training content and materials for internal and external customers.
• Maintain training facilities and coordinate scheduling and logistics.
