Job summary

RTX is seeking an Information System Security Officer (ISSO) to support our onsite team in Woburn, MA. You will ensure adherence to RMF, DAAPM, JSIG, NISPOM, and related policies while working closely with the ISM and government representatives.

You will lead security education, perform audits, and drive remediation actions, collaborating with the facility security team and program personnel to sustain security posture across systems.

Qualifications

• Requires University Degree or Advanced Degree in a related field.
• Experience with RMF, JSIG, NISPOM, DAAPM and/or related regulations.
• Experience with cybersecurity auditing and compliance activities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee system compliance, auditing, and security plan development.
• Deliver information systems security education and awareness.
• Collaborate with facility security team, program personnel, and government representatives.
• Manage security sustainment activities (hardware/software changes, access, media protection).
