The role requires 2+ years in recruiting within transportation/logistics, with potential for hybrid after 6 months. You will partner with managers, build pipelines, and manage ATS records while supporting offers and transfers.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of recruiting experience in a large organization.
• Recruiting experience within logistics, transportation desired.
• Experience interviewing and assessing candidates for warehouse operations.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and move candidates through the hiring process.
• Build talent pipelines through agencies, schools, community partners, career fairs, and hiring events.
• Manage candidate records and interview updates in the ATS.
• Screen, interview, and recommend candidates while supporting offers and internal transfers.
• Maintain knowledge of warehouse and transportation roles through job shadowing.
• Collaborate with recruiters and HR on compliance and other projects.
