Job summary

Clariant in Louisville, KY is actively hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team. The role involves maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment on a Monday–Friday rotating shift (6:00 p.m.

– 6:00 a.m.). We offer competitive hourly pay with experience, a six-month performance-based increase, PTO, a $2,000 sign-on bonus after four months, and a range of benefits designed to support ongoing career

Qualifications

4+ years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience; electrical and mechanical exposure.

Responsibilities

Comply with local regulations and safety policies.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to maximize uptime.
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues with increasing independence.
Support technical documentation and adhere to MOC processes.
Collaborate with production operators and attend daily performance meetings.
Complete SAMACO work orders, including PSM and LDAR activities.
Maintain required job qualifications and safety training.
