Clariant Corporation is actively seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for the PPCAT Plant in Louisville, KY. This onsite role focuses on preventive and corrective maintenance of production equipment, spanning mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to ensure uptime and safety.

Qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience with electrical and mechanical exposure.
- Willing to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in an industrial setting.
- Clear communication and commitment to safety and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and preventive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and uptime.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment to meet quality and performance standards.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues with increasing independence.
- Support documentation and adhere to Management of Change (MOC) processes.
- Collaborate with operators and attend daily performance meetings to support operational goals.
- Complete SAMACO work orders including Process Safety Management (PSM) and LDAR activities.
